AI tools for businesses
"AI tools" sounds big, but the benefit is usually small and concrete: a task that takes time every week, solved once and for all. We build the tool around that task, not the other way round.
Four examples
- Answer common customer questions: a form or chat that answers the questions you get most often straight away, and hands over to you when a real answer is needed.
- Sort incoming email or enquiries: what needs a quick reply goes to the top; the rest waits without getting lost.
- Summarise what comes in: long email threads, reviews or form replies summarised into one line you actually have time to read.
- Simple texts and drafts: product descriptions, answers to common questions, draft posts. A first draft in minutes instead of half a working day.
Getting started
We start with a conversation about which task takes up the most time for no good reason. Then we build a small tool for exactly that task, test it together with you, and adjust it before it goes live. One tool at a time, with no big system to learn.
Pricing
A fixed price to build the tool, set according to what it needs to do. If the tool needs to run continuously, the running costs come as a fixed yearly fee that covers the technical operation. No subscription for a one-off tool.
Frequently asked questions
Is my customer data safe?
The tools are built to handle only what they need for their task, and they don't share data with third parties beyond what is required for the tool to work (for example, the AI service that powers it).
Will this replace my staff?
No. The idea is to remove the dullest, most repetitive parts, so that time goes to the work that actually needs a person.
Do I need to know anything about AI to use it?
No. The tool should work without you needing to understand how it's built.
What if the tool gives a wrong answer?
It's built with clear limits on what it may answer by itself, and it hands over to you when it's unsure instead of guessing.
Can you build something that isn't in the examples?
Yes. The examples are just a starting point for the conversation. Get in touch with your specific task.
