Our promises

You get a clear price before anything is built or booked. No invoice will come as a surprise.

Ownership and moving on

Websites: the domain is in your name. The finished website, with its texts, images and the code needed to run it, is yours to use, change and move freely. The tool we build all our websites with stays ours. If you want to move on to someone else, you can do so without any hassle. AI tools: what is built specifically for you is yours to use in your business.

Payment

Half of the price is invoiced when you order and the rest when the work is delivered and approved, with 15 days to pay. Larger projects can be split up by separate agreement. Ongoing services (care, operation) are invoiced once a year.

Prices for businesses are stated excluding VAT; for private individuals including VAT. You can choose to pay in Swedish kronor, euros or US dollars.

Personal data (GDPR)

StarkAiVision, in Sweden, is responsible for the personal data described here.

The contact form stores your name, email address, phone number and the message you write, only so that we can reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or taking steps at your request before an agreement. The data is not shared with anyone else beyond what is needed for the service to work: the message goes from the form to our email, so the data is also held by the provider that runs the website, by our email provider and by the IT services we use to handle enquiries. It may be processed outside the EU/EEA, and in that case on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decisions or the EU standard contractual clauses.

We keep the data for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry, and at most one year after the last contact. Then it is deleted. If you become a customer, we keep invoices and agreements for seven years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

You have the right to see what we have stored about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted earlier. Just get in touch via the form. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the data protection authority in your own country.

The site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising.

Official channels

We only contact you from channels connected to StarkAiVision, never through SMS links or other unusual routes, and we never ask for payment or login details through an unexpected channel. If you're unsure whether a message really comes from us, get in touch via the form and ask.
